Shiyu Yan

Shiyu received her bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Hainan University in 2026. Her research focuses on computational analysis of large-scale single-cell and spatial omics data. She aims to integrate multimodal biological information with artificial intelligence approaches to uncover cellular heterogeneity, dissect disease-associated molecular mechanisms, and establish computational frameworks for understanding complex tissue ecosystems.
