Rui Wang

Rui Wang received his B.Sc. degree from Soochow University in 2026. His research focuses on the computational analysis of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data across multiple cancer types. By integrating single-cell RNA sequencing with spatial transcriptomic profiling, he aims to dissect tumor heterogeneity and characterize the spatial organization of the tumor microenvironment, including immune-cell infiltration, cell-cell communication, and the interplay between malignant and surrounding stromal cells.
