Haixin Liang

Haixin received his bachelor’s degree from Southwest University and his master’s degree from Tongji University. His research focuses on single-cell and spatial omics, aiming to decipher disease mechanisms and the transcriptional regulatory networks underlying mouse embryonic development. Specifically, he leverages multi-omics approaches to explore the spatiotemporal dynamics of gene regulation and cell fate transitions in both physiological and pathological contexts. In parallel, he investigates computational biology methodologies, focusing on designing RNA molecules through foundation models.
